The Living Office continues to appeal
02 September 2010
“As we change the way in which we work – flexible hours, sharing desk space, home working, plants will be become essential to working environments because the decision makers, facilities managers, purchase officers will appreciate and understand the physical and psychological health benefits that plants offer to the work space. Employees will demand ‘greener’ environments and for their office space to feel inviting, supportive and ‘safe’. It will become the role of each individual employee to take responsibility for improving their work surroundings,“ is the prediction from Ian Drummond of Indoor Garden Design in fmx magazine’s blog.
This blog about The Living Office, created by Ian/Indoor Garden Design and Vitra, the furniture designers and manufacturers, also featured in the September issue of the magazine which focuses on The Workplace of the Future.
All in all this piece promoting interior planting and also eFIG has been seen by 10,000 readers via the magazine and the digital version will be emailed to 25,000 potential readers. Visitors to the website which houses the blog amount to 15,000 per month.
I think we can safely say that is getting the message to the right audience!
Ian will be recreating his Living Office on the fmx stand at Total Workplace Management next month.
