New eFIG trainings launched 21st September

We are launching a new programme of trainings this autumn beginning on 21st September when the first session will take place.
We have asked James Read of 7 house to present this tailored training – James is a highly qualified trainer with over seven years training experience. His high energy approach and down to earth style create a motivating learning environment for participants. His experience of designing bespoke training programmes together with his process and results driven approach ensures that all training provided is relevant and inspirational. Those of you who met him at the trainings at this year’s Awards will, I am sure, recommend him.
This training will be on ‘Presenting with Confidence’ensuring that you are well equipped to meet clients and potential clients.

Time: 09.30 – 16.30 inc 2 x coffee breaks and 45 minutes for lunch

Cost: eFIG Member £140 including coffee/tea and lunch
Non member £160 including coffee/tea and lunch
The date coincides with GLEE so if you are in Birmingham buying at this Exhibition, take the opportunity to wrap it up with this training opportunity.
First in a series
This is the first in a series of trainings which will cover Health & Safety, Horticultural Skills, Sales & Marketing and Management, the category under which this first training falls. The new programme is being developed by Jennifer Hattingh, Craig Edser and Ian Drummond to ensure skills are developed, training accredited and all members of the industry are included from management through sales to technicians. We will be publishing the list with dates shortly.
We know that you agree with the importance of quality training and working towards 100% accreditation for your business. This new series will give all members the opportunity to take previous trainings into account whilst ensuring that skills in all areas at all levels are kept up-to-date.
Previous training with eFIG will be acknowledged (going back 5 yrs) so that companies that have already invested in their team’s development are not penalised. Health and Safety training will also be acknowledged if proof of training by a professional company can be submitted.
Remember there are a limited amount of places (20) and that these are allocated on a first come, first allocated basis. Members have a special rate of £140 for the session.
